These two projects have a very special place in my heart for two reasons:

1. I got to work with some of my best friends to create a parody that celebrated our culture
2. The joy of watching something you created with an audience that loves it is an unmatched cinematic experience.

Inspired by South Asian and Middle Eastern teledramas featuring families at conflict, Hi Baby pays homage to the elements of culture that unite these two regions and interprets them for a global audience. Because of the promotional nature of the series, the hype for the MESACANA Regional Day grew exponentially as each episode was released weekly.
